I offer a well rounded heart centered service. As a postpartum doula I give support after labor and delivery at the hospital or when you arrive home. If your Obstetrician or Midwife puts you on bed rest before your birth, I will help with chores around your home that you can’t until your baby is born. I also teach newborn care and assist parents as a night nanny. Sometimes, parents want to be able to get a good night sleep. Many families are not prepared for the every 2-3 hour feedings. Breastfeeding support meal prep and 24 hour care can be implemented in your package too.
